I joined the Department of Politics and International Relations in July 2020, after working as a Lecturer in IR at London South Bank University, as a LSE Fellow at the Department of Methodology at the LSE, and briefly at UCL as a Teaching Fellow. I completed my PhD at Royal Holloway in 2017, and hold a MRes (distinction) from the UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies, and an MA and BA cum laude from the University of Bologna in Italy.
My research focuses on transitional justice and peacebuilding, the politics and political economy of international interventions and post-war transitions. I have a particular interest in the gendered dimension of these processes and feminist approaches to the study of justice, peace and political economy. I also write about methodology and methods in IR, research ethics and fieldwork.
My book Socioeconomic Justice: International Intervention and Transition in Post-war Bosnia and Herzegovina was published by Cambridge University Press in 2020.
