The Department of Politics, International Relations and Philosophy is a part of the School of Law and Social Sciences. It prides itself in interdisciplinary teaching and inquiry. The Department of Politics, International Relations, and Philosophy is a research-intensive unit ranked second in the country by the Times Higher Education following the publication of the Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2021 results.
