Dr. Yang is a Lecturer in Business Analytics at the Department of Digital Innovation and Management. She holds a PhD in information systems and analytics from the National University of Singapore.

Dr. Yang’s research interests include health analytics and Artificial Intelligence, digital health, health behavior change, and gamification. Her research has been published in journals such as Journal of the Association for Information Systems, JMIR Infodemiology, Health and Technology, and the proceedings of conferences such as the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) and the European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS).

Dr. Yang serves as co-lead of Business Analytics and Big Data research cluster in the Digital Organisation and Society Research Centre. She also fulfils the role of coordinating and organizing research seminars within the department.
