Description
We present a working game for legal problem solving where students use Lego® to create visual representations of legal analysis. We explain the structure and rationale of the working game which is based on some principles of the Lego® Serious Play® method and our own five-stage guided approach to problem solving in contract law. We showcase Lego® models built by students and reflect on the methodology as a viable pedagogical tool that builds confidence and reinforces competence in legal problem solving.Period | 6 Mar 2024 |
