Description
We present a working game for legal problem solving which promotes student engagement through playful learning and visualisation techniques. In our working game, students use LEGO® to create visual representations of legal analysis. It reimagines an instructional version of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to activate students’ creative powers and to scaffold knowledge. The approach builds confidence and reinforces competence to construct detailed analysis of legal issues. In this presentation, we showcase examples of Lego© models, engage participants in basic LEGO building and reflect on the methodology as a viable pedagogical tool for both open-ended and instructional tasks.Period | 13 Dec 2023 |
