My research interests are broadly in 19th and 20th Century continental philosophy, philosophy/sociology of time, feminist theory, gender and sexuality studies, trans theory, humanism, posthumanism, antihumanism, materialisms, narratives of disobedience and deviance. I'm interested in relations between normativity and various forms of individual, social, legal, corporeal disobedience.
A lot of my work has dealt with trans embodiment, various forms of corporeal/spatial dissonance and gender recognition. Currently working on a new project around time, hope and crisis.
