Description

Oberstown Children's Detention Campus was established as the only custodial facility for children in the Repubic of Ireland in June 2016. Following a difficut period, we were invited to undertake a review of the establishment against international human rights standards in the autum of 2016 by the Oberstown Board of Management. Our report was completed in March 2017 and discussions are ongoing about its publication.
