Personal profile

Nimra has joined Royal Holloway as full-time academic staff in the School of Business and Management in November 2023. She obtained her PhD from the University of Lisbon and has held research positions at Ruhr University Bochum, University of Bonn, and ETH Zurich. She gained 3 years of professional experience at Unilever before starting her academic journey.

Research interests

Her research interests lie at the intersection of entrepreneurship and psychology, aiming to build knowledge conduits between these two disciplines. Specifically, she is interested in understanding the entrepreneurial teams dynamics, the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in commercializing technology-based ventures, and the role that entrepreneurial support programs play in the venture development process.
