I am the Lecturer of Logistics and Supply Chain Management in the Department of Digital Innovation and Management at Royal Holloway University of London since December 2023. 

I joined Royal Holloway after working as an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Business School, O. P. Jindal Global University, India [Ranked in the bracket 651-700 in QS World University Rankings 2023]. Prior to joining Jindal Global Business School, I have worked as an Assistant Professor at KLH Global Business School, Hyderabad, India. I have also worked as a Visiting Faculty at Goa Institute of Management, Goa, India [AMBA accredited, Rated among the top 4 Best B-Schools for the Positive Impact Rating by United Nations in 2021]. 

As a researcher, I aim to explore the research questions that are grounded in reality and are important from the perspective of supply chain management. I focus my attention towards understanding the interactions of supply chain agents in the presence of information asymmetry. I have been working with practitioners, industry experts and international scholars to identify the problems relevant in different supply chains. My thesis research is published at a world-class journal [ABS category 4] in my field.

As a teacher, I believe that the theory should help students understand the current business practices and teach how to tackle challenging real life problems. I aim to achieve this with the help of interactive case studies, real life examples of companies, simulations, quizzes and other engaging activities.
