Abstract
We have developed a technology that makes it possible to fabricate sub-micron structures in YBa 2Cu 3O 7-delta in a well controlled process. We have used this technology to fabricate Josephson junctions and SQUIDS on various crystal substrates using Grain Boundary Junction (GBJ) technology. We have characterized the properties of these structures in a temperature range starting from 20 mK. We have also measured the effects of external magnetic fields and microwave radiation
