Abstract

We have developed a variable temperature scanning micro-magnetometer, incorporating an HTS SQUID and a ballistic Hall-probe sensor. The microscope features non-magnetic temperature regulation and topographic imaging capabilities. The performance of the microscope was demonstrated in measurements of a flux distribution in patterned HTS films and around deliberately introduced defects in a temperature range 5-100 K
