Abstract

'Going with the Flow' is an interactive installation using video projections of the river, archive, sound memories and half of a rowing eight. It will be exhibited for 6 weeks during the Olympic period and was chosen from an open call for work. It explores the experience of rowing up the river, the physicality of moving in water, the affect of the images from actions within the boat and the female experience of rowing.
