Appointed as the Halstead Lecturer and awarded Halstead Prize at the September 2016 British Science Association Festival by the Geologists’ Association. Awarded to someone who: “demonstrates great potential in the early stages of their career. The subject of the speaker can encompass any area of geology or palaeontology but a proven ability to communicate their science to a wide public audience is essential.”
