The challenge, organised by the Atlantic Council, is an annual competition that aims to provide participants with a better understanding of the technical, societal, and strategic implications of cyber security and conflict. "Minerva Task Force", formed by students at the Centre for Doctoral Training in Cyber Security at the University of Royal Holloway, was awarded first place along with the prize of Most Creative Policy Response.
