Personal profile

Yu Zheng is a Reader at the School of Management, Royal Holloway University of London. Educated in Peking University (BA Japanese Studies; BEco Economics) and the National University of Singapore (MA Japanese Studies), Yu Zheng received her PhD (London) in 2010. 

Yu Zheng has published her research monograph Managing Human Resources in China: The View from Inside MNCs with theCambridge University Press. She has also written publications in Human Resource Managment, Work, Employment and Society, the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Management Studies, and other peer-reviewed journals. 

Yu Zheng currently serves as a committee member of the Euro-Asia Management Studies Association (EAMSA) and a member of the Centre for Workplace Research in Asian Societies (CWRAS).
