Personal profile

I am a PhD candidate at the School of Management, Royal Holloway, University of London. I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne of Business Management, and postgraduate degree MA from University of Warwick of Management and Organisation Analysis.

My current research looks into the field of organisational space, specifically with the historical and sociological focuses. I have interests on personal experiences and meanings constructed around  the organisational space, how these meanings evolved and changed in different time period. My thesis therefore aims to explore what imprints have been  retained and kept in the organisational space, that is, the enduring effects of historical spatial imprints. Hence, the research question or interest can be summarised as: how the organisational space developed over time and influenced the present experience and meanings of uses and occupants?
