Personal profile

I received a BSc and MSc in Mathematics from Aarhus University, Denmark. In September 2015 I joined the Centre of Doctoral Training in Cyber Security at Royal Holloway, University London as part of the 3rd cohort. During my MSc I worked for 6 months as a research assistant at Rovira i Virgili Universitat (Spain) and as a programmer in an IT security group.

I am mainly interested in applied cryptography e.g. secure communication protocols, but have previously worked on other topics such as (non-perfect) secret sharing and number theoretic perspectives of cryptography. In my master’s thesis I developed and analysed a new approach to cryptographic subversion. During my Ph.D I will be supervised by Professor Kenny Paterson. Currently, I am analysing and trying to improve the cryptographic processing in SSH.
