Stephen Foster

Teddy Foster is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Financial Management with considerable experience of teaching in management accounting and finance and financial management. Teddy has research interests in enhancing employability through integrated blended learning and international financial risk management.

 Recently he has been addressing various pedagogical approaches such as the use of individualised assignments and educational technology to develop sustainable accounting and finance education. Teddy has presented at British Accounting and Finance Association (BAFA) 20201, and Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS) Learning, Teaching and Student Experience (LTSE) conference 2021.

 Teddy has undertaken various leadership and management roles, including as TNE Coordinator Programme Director at a UK university, as director for a Post-Graduate Taught Degree programme at a UK institution, and was principal for a college delivering postgraduate education in partnership with a Welsh University.  He is Award Examiner for a partner programme for a UK University and has QAA Reviewer experience.

Teddy has provided consulting services for SME in the international arena including accounting, financial management, M&A, and IPO preparation.
