My current research examines how firms operating in weak appriopriability regime can optimise their technological performance through licensing and ecosystem formation. The principal objective of the research is to develop a thorough understanding of the interplay in the relationship between licensing, ecosystem and firm performance. The research uses chipless firms operating in the weak semiconductor industry as the industrial context to bring the phenomenon to light.

I hold an MBA and a master in human rights and democratisation. My research interests span from patent and knowledge management, technology and innovation management to marketing strategy

Prior to joining the PhD program, I worked as a partner for a property consultancy firm and currently involve in two technology business ventures with partners.
