My background is in general psychology and forensic psychology. I am interested in research, teaching, and practice.

Research interests

My PhD dissertation focuses on improving our understanding of help-seeking behaviour in elder abuse. Other research interests are sex offending, from the perspective of the victim and the offender, as well as cultural differences.

I am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, having completed the InSTIL programme at Royal Holloway. 



I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and a student member of the International Association of Forensic Mental Health Services.
