Shabnam is working on the effect of different recruitment sources, that is exisiting-employee's referrals and job advertisment website, on the person-organisation fit. She is using organisational socialization theory, i.e. information acquisiton dimension, ASA framwork (Attraction-Selection-Attrition) and realistic- job-preview to investigate recruitment process. She also applies social networking theory to examine network structure of exisiting employee's referrals recruitment source.
