My topic of research is climate finance. In my first paper, I study whether banks committing to climate change principles show greener management and lending practices.

I am interested in studying how a natural disaster triggered by climate change and policies targeting climate change, affect the financial sector in a locality and how this effect spreads to other localities not directly affected by them. Also, how the financial sector helps or slows down the investment in mitigation and adaptation actions in different localities.
