Personal profile

I was a PhD researcher aiming to integrate data science and artificial intelligence to turn complicated consumer data into clear, useful business insights. My thesis was "Improving Customer Experience Management: A Dynamic Topic Modelling Approach" which I presented:

  • Mapping Customer Journeys: Using tools to understand and quantify how emotions shape the customer experience over time and across interactions.
  • Enterprise Data Systems: Building company-wide data and analytics systems that combine prediction, AI, and visualizations into one solution for better, easier insights.
  • Making Analytics Accessible: Advancing methods and best practices so that more companies can apply complex analytics in simple ways.
  • Contributions: Inventing new approaches for personalisation and customer profiling based on the machine learning model I designed. I am also promoting wider, more ethical analytics adoption through my research.

Since January 2024, I have started my new position as a "Lecturer in Business and AI" at the University of East London.
