I do research in development economics using microeconometrics and impact evaluation techniques. 

I am interested in infrastructure, natural resources, environmental and climate change, labor markets, and public sector in developing countries.

I completed his undergraduate studies at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina and his Msc and PhD in Economics at the London School of Economics.
