Ewenam Gbormittah is a PhD candidate in Information Technology (Management) at Royal Holloway, University of London. Her research focuses on the use of VR/AR (Virtual Reality/ Augmented Reality) technologies in decision-making and risk management in talent acquisition. It involves a thorough analysis and examination of the development of technology in the HR goals of attracting, motivating and retaining talent.
She holds a qualification in Occupational Psychology (MSc, Distinction) from the University of Hertfordshire and Psychology (BSc Hons, 2:1) from Coventry University.
