Personal profile

Christian Weinert is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Information Security Group (ISG) at Royal Holloway, University of London. Before, he was a postdoctoral researcher (2021/09 – 2022/02) and doctoral researcher (2016/09 – 2021/08) in the Cryptography and Privacy Engineering Group (ENCRYPTO) at the Department of Computer Science of TU Darmstadt, Germany.

His research focuses on the design, implementation, and evaluation of privacy-preserving protocols at large scale. During his bachelor and master studies, he worked in the area of secure long-term archiving.
