Research interests

My research aims to examine the transfer process associated with flow of HR policy within multinationals towards the subsidiaries. The research looks at contextual dimensions of Multinationals and the impact these may have on internalisation of transferred HR practices within subsidiaries. The focus is towards analysing relational context of subsidiary including power dependence andattitudinal  relationship of transfer coalition with the parent and the way these may influence internalisation of HR practices in subsidiaries of a multinational. Also, the research aims to analyse whether differences in contextual arrangements including national cultural profiling and HR control within subsidiaries may influence the dynamics of relationship between relational context and internalisation.
