I am a teaching fellow at the School of Management. My current area of research revolves around the development of entrepreneurial intentions in the youth of emerging economies such as India. As a part of my PhD research I elucidated upon the sources of the three key antecedents of entrepreneurial intentions as described by Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behaviour. My research suggested that an individuals family, via its various dimensions, can act as a key source, and help in the development and enhancements of the antecedents of Intentions.
I am also interested in entrepreneurship, sustainability, strategy and international business.
