Description
I presented the Schwartz value circumplex, which is currently the leading model of values in social/personality psychology. I then presented the empirical relations of these values to the Big 5 , based on our recent meta-analysis on values and Big 5 relations in the journal Personality and Social Psychology Review (Park-Leduc et al., 2015), and ended with some occupational implications, partly based on our earlier paper that includes her experience in using the value questionnaire in career consulting (Bardi & Sagie, 1999).Period | 22 Nov 2016 |
