Description
Enzymes form a therapeutically important group of drug targets for diseases as diverse as cancer, depression, pain, cardiovascular disease, and erectile dysfunction. This workshop focussed on the general principles of enzymology and examined case studies of drugs which were developed to target enzymes. The workshop included a hands-on session for putting the theory discussed into practise.
