3 month placement working the Cabinet Office's Open Innovation Team
I worked for three months as a policy adviser in the Cabinet Office's Open Innovation Team. The team works to strengthen links between government and academia, working with academics to help implement policy. During my placement, I organised and chaired a round table event with academics from across the country and members of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, which helped with the creation of new policy around NEETs.
