Abstract
Both internal and external sources of funding require accounting information to advance capital investment in Circular Economy initiatives in the mineral-based construction materials sector.
Development of an accounting-sustainability hybrid tool to promote Circular Economy principles must be based on investment processes, metrics and existing accounting tools in internal and external finance providers, and consider processes and practices that are yet to develop.
