Abstract
This science fiction novel blends the Pulp SF of John Carpenter's "The Thing" with a scrupulous fictionalisation of Kant's "Critique of Pure Reason", with special attention to the "Thing-in-Itself", with a view to solving the Fermi paradox and proving the existence of God.
