Premiered in March 2010 at the Barbican, London, then performed in rep with Alice Bell and Daniel Hit By A Train; UK tour, including the Brighton Festival and Mayfest, Bristol Old Vic; then Kunsten Festival des Arts, Brussels, Festival ad Werf, Utrecht (May 2010), and Théâtre du Nord, Lille (December 2010).
