Abstract
The aim of this paper and study is to examine the key strategic insights and new market segmentation within Manufacturing small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The research focuses on examining case study on an SMEs which is a privately owned company dedicated to advancing and broadening the utilization of carbon fibre within the automotive sector. This paper offers insights into the company's vision, technologies employed, product offerings, and financial strategies. With manufacturing facilities available nationally, the company leverages cutting-edge methodologies like waterjet machining and 3D printing to drive innovation in automotive manufacturing. This paper serves as a resource for researchers and practitioners interested in the integration of emerging technologies, particularly 3D printing, within the automotive industry.
