Abstract
The article presents the electronic edition of the autograph Greek Encomium on Henry VIII to Elizabeth I by George Etheridge contained in British Library Royal MS 16 C X, prepared by a team of postgraduate students, scholars and technical advisors of the Hellenic Institute at Royal Holloway, University of London. The interactive online edition is freely accessible in the public domain and breaks fresh grounds as a research and educational tool for the study of Greek texts. It was dedicated to H.M. Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of the celebrations of the Diamond Jubilee marking the 60th anniversary of her accession to the throne of the United Kingdom.
