Abstract

In this paper we study key Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) resilience challenges and capability gaps across three sectors: Renewable Energy, Smart Manufacturing Robotics and Civil Infrastructure. We used a questionnaire and online workshops. Recurrent gaps span a lack of: incident response readiness, OT-asset visibility, supply-chain controls, data integrity, IT-OT skills, and OT forensics.
