Abstract
Advanced digital technologies has profound structural transformations across vital socioeconomic sectors, including healthcare, e-commerce, and high-value discrete manufacturing. While digitalisation drives unprecedented operational efficiency, agility, and supply chain resilience, it simultaneously exposes and exacerbates underlying social, economic, and digital inequalities. This study investigates the complex dynamics of integrating emerging technologies. such as Industrial AI, digital twins, and automation into the workplace while advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The study delivers a actionable framework demonstrating that sustainable digital transformation is achieved only when technological capabilities are structurally synchronised with social equity, environmental governance, and long-term business viability.
