Abstract

The main purpose of this research to investigate inventory management on organisational performance of manufacturing firm. The study revealed that inventory management has an important effect on productivity and positive correlation on organisational performance. However, the findings derived from the examined case suggested the challenges of not implementing inventory management systems and accurately forecasting inventory levels. their inventories.
