Abstract
This is a reading of Eric Mottram's six essays on Ezra Pound, which stretched across his academic career. This is followed by an account of Mottram's own poetry published during the 1970s with particular attention to the Elegies and Tunis. The chapter ends with a discussion of Allen Fisher, Cliove Bush, Peter Barry, Gavin Selerie and Frances Presley and their relations to Pound and Mottram.
