Abstract

This afterword puts the foregoing essays in the Romantic Realisms volume into conversation with some contemporary practices in eco-poetics and asemics concerning "intentionless meanings" and argues for a "romantic eco-asemic realism" (in opposition to a romantic biosemiotic realism) on the basis of some of the resources provided in the volume.
