Abstract

Our concluding chapter offers an overview of this Companion by mapping the core contributions of each team of authors on the four models of disability most prevalent at work. We celebrate the growing diversity of the community of inquiry and advocate for new forms of allyship between disabled and non-disabled actors. Acknowledging that disabled workers too often remain invisible at work despite the plurality of disability work they perform, we call to action so our growing community of allied researchers, practitioners, teachers and policy-makers can make the future of work more disability-inclusive.
