This consultancy consists of two separately commissioned projects (both within the same discriminatory abuse advisory group workstream) funded by:
- Local Government Association (Care and Health Improvement Programme) (£2,450)
- Research in Practice (Dartington Trust) (£1,500)
The work consisted of producing a briefing for adult social care practitioners to be published by the Local Government Association and to provide three knowledge exchange workshops to support adult social care practitioner knowledge and skills in this area as well as a practitioner-facing blog on discriminatory abuse for Research in Practice.
