Transforming Leadership for Psychological Therapies: BPS Framework Redesign Project

Part of the Task & Finish Group tasked with redesigning the BPS Leadership Framework for Psychological Therapies to better reflect contemporary practice, system pressures, and the evolving needs of the workforce. It involves analysing current leadership competencies, consulting with practitioners and stakeholders, and developing a refreshed framework that supports effective, values‑driven leadership across psychological services. The work aligns with national transformation priorities and contributes to sector‑wide leadership development, including activities showcased at the BPS National Leadership and Transformation Event.
