Social Science Impact Accelerator ESRC Grant: Systemic Life Stories for Regeneration - Helping Sheerwater

The main motivation of this whole event is to empower people and communities of Sheerwater, near Woking in Surrey (10 miles from Royal Holloway main campus) and the interested public (including council and non governmental organisations) to better understand the dynamics of regeneration through the lenses of Sheerwater residents, their life stories , and generate public awareness on challenges and possibilities using systems thinking ideas, in particular the critical ritualisation of observations coming from or intertwined with such life stories.

A series of events to elicit life stories about Sheerwater and disseminate them with a view to empower protagonists and audiences in relation to urban regeneration efforts using ritualisation as a systemic practice of second order observation.
