PhD Third Year Report

Report covering work in my third year of PhD. The main focus is development of experimental platform on dilution fridge; including design of both a microwave circuit from room temperature to mixing chamber plates, and of superfluid leak tight superconducting microwave cavities. Included in the report are some preliminary measurements of these cavities at millikelvin temperatures.
