Description
A major dimension of our work is exploring the relationship between corporate and manufacturing strategies. I have published many articles on the emergence and adoption of best practice manufacturing approaches and in particular mass customisation. The main message for managers coming from this work is prioritise the alignment of manufacturing and corporate strategies.
