Description
This research aims at exploring the knowledge exchange processes among Bulgarian firms. Very few studies have explored the issue of knowledge exchange in Eastern European countries and they mainly focus on the Russian context.
Research questions:
1. What factors impact on knowledhe exchange in Bulgarian firms?
2. How do these factors and the interaction between them facilitate or hinder knowledge exchange within Bulgarian firms?
