From success climate stories to Impact: strategic partnership with Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead

This project builds directly upon an established partnership with local government, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Climate Partnership. The local authority expressed an urgent need to increase the Climate Partnership’s visibility across diverse borough audiences, communicate its achieved impact, and inspire future collaborative projects. This invitation provides a distinctive, "place-based" impact opportunity for the university, creating a direct bridge between our research insights and immediate localised action. Furthermore, it tightly aligns with the university’s broader civic and regional mission to act as an engaged anchor institution that drives sustainable development and environmental resilience within our neighboring communities.
