a summer project exploring diversity and diversification within the School of Law and Social Sciences. Recruited 6 students to carry out literature reviews and reading list reviews and present findings to the Law and Social Sciences Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

A project looking at diversity within the school of Law and social sciences. Focussed on exploring diversity in reading lists across the different departments. Carried out subject literature reviews to explore decolonising and attainment issues relevant to RHUL.

Key findings

Reading list across the school need ongoing work and monitoring to ensure they are reflecting diversity. Decolonising the curriculum raises relevant themes that each department can further explore and implement changes. Attainment gaps exist and departments should explore ways in which they can reduce attainment gaps
